√Ferrari to award bonuses of up to 13,500 Euros to employees
Ferrari employees will be thanked for a record-breaking year with a generous bonus.
After record profits, supercar company Ferrari has announced it will award large bonuses to its entire workforce.
Approximately 5000 Ferrari employees will receive up to €13,500 ($AU20,900), Motor1 reports, following record sales and profits last year.
As reported earlier this month, Ferrari built the most cars in a single calendar year in 2022, with a total of 13,221 vehicles reported as sold – surpassing its previous record of 11,155 set the year prior.
While the employee bonuses are around 12.5 per cent higher than those given out last year, sales increased by 18.5 per cent year-on-year.
It’s expected Ferrari sales will continue to grow thanks to the introduction of the Purosangue – the first SUV from the Prancing Horse – with order books already closed thanks to a two-year waiting list, despite customer deliveries not beginning until later this year.

“It’s no secret that we stopped taking orders. We had such an interest without delivering one single car,” said Enrico Galliera, Ferrari’s Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer said in November 2022.
“We made a decision that we thought was consistent with the positioning of Ferrari and the model.”
The V12-powered SUV will be capped at 20 per cent of the company’s total production output annually.
