√Mini Aceman electric concept teased

An all-electric concept car due to be unveiled tomorrow is set to play a big role in the design of Mini’s future models.

The Mini Aceman electric vehicle concept has been teased 24 hours before it is due to be revealed.

The Aceman is slated to be be a fully-electric SUV, fitting into the Mini model range between the current hatchback and Clubman small cars, and the Countryman SUV.

Although it retains the Union Jack flag design for its rear light signature, Mini says the Aceman’s design will influence its upcoming electric vehicles.

Mini has previously announced it is going electric across its model line-up by 2030, while the next-generation Mini Hatch will be electric only, as part of a partnership with China’s Great Wall.

The covers are due to come off the Mini Aceman concept tomorrow (July 27), providing the first glimpse of Mini’s future model design language.
